Nathaniel D. Griffith

Nathaniel D. Griffith was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University where he earned a degree in Criminology & Investigations in 2003. Nathaniel then attended law school, where in addition to his studies, he worked as a research assistant and also clerked at Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC’s Charleston office. While in law school, Nathaniel was an officer and competition member of the Lugar Trial Association. Nathaniel graduated from law school in 2010 in the top 25% of his class and then accepted full-time employment with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in the Morgantown office.

Since graduating from law school, Nathaniel’s practice has been focused on defending personal injury cases, construction defect cases, insurance “bad faith” cases, and other general civil litigation matters. Nathaniel has an active trial practice, having tried numerous cases in both state and federal court. Additionally, he has prepared appeals to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court of Appeals.

Nathaniel lives outside of Morgantown with his wife, Kathryn, and their children. In his spare time, Nathaniel enjoys spending time with his family and attending Mountaineer sporting events.
